And with the help of Medicaid, we offer these home, and community - based service options for all eligible consumers at little to no cost. This waiver is a great opportunity to help those in need, as an alternative to Nursing Home placements.

- Graceful Healing Home Care offers services through Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids. PeachCare for Kids (PCK) is Georgia’s State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) that provides low-cost health care coverage to children up to age 18. The program is administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health.
